CIS gains UKAS accreditation for the calibration of Hydrometers

To compliment our existing capability for UKAS calibration of temperature equipment, including mercury-in-glass thermometers, and PRT sensors, Charnwood Instruments are now the only company in England to offer UKAS calibration of hydrometers with a range of 600 kg/ m3 to 2000 kg/m3 .

We are able to offer the same excellent service and delivery times which our customers have come to expect from our temperature calibration laboratory.

As distributors for Ludwig Schneider GmbH & Co. , we are able to supply your needs for new hydrometers, BS, ASTM , and IP specification thermometers and engine V-form thermometers.

Charnwood instruments have just been re-accessed by UKAS
And have achieved a lower uncertainty for hydrometer calibration
It has been reduced from 0.1 to 0.05 kg/m3
